Referral Terms

Who can earn rewards
Any Famclaim creator can share their referral link (famclaim.com/?ref=yourname), including through the “Powered by Famclaim” badge on their hub. Rewards are only for genuine new creators who sign up through your link.
What doesn't count
Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, accounts that share your email, device, internet connection or payment card, and sign-ups gained through spam or misleading claims.
When a referral counts
A referral is “activated” when the new creator verifies their email and publishes their first content piece, and “paid” after their first successful payment. Paid rewards only count after the referred creator has been paying for 30 days.
Revoking rewards
We may withhold or revoke rewards for abuse or suspected fraud, or if a referred account cancels or is refunded. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
Disclose your links
If you promote Famclaim in exchange for rewards, you must clearly disclose it (for example #ad or “affiliate link”), as required by UK advertising rules (CAP Code and ASA guidance).
Fam emails are never used
Fam emails belong to the creator. Famclaim never uses them for its own marketing. Referral promotion only happens through creators' own links and badges.
